Breathing Air Cylinder Inspection and Refurbishment

Refurbishment Scope: Includes:
Internal & External Visual Inspection (looking for corrosion, dents, or defects).
Neck Inspection and servicing of cylinder valves.
Internal Cleaning (shot blasting or tumbling to remove contaminants).
Mandatory Hydrotesting: We conduct non-destructive high-pressure hydrostatic testing, strictly adhering to standards such as BS EN 1968, to measure cylinder expansion and confirm fitness for continued service. This results in the required cylinder stamping and certification.
