Breathing Air Cascade Systems

The system consists of Breathing Air Compressors, Regulator Panel assembly, Breathing Manifolds with Quick Couplers for BA set hook up, Self Contained Breathing Apparatus, Cylinder Cascade rack provided with a Safety Relief Valve, Vent Bleed, Pressure Gauge and Low pressure Alarm Bell.

Air from compressors is stored in cylinders which are cascaded into a rack. High pressure lines running from the cylinder bank to the regulator panel having regulators which in turn feeds low pressure lines to the manifolds. Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus is provided with the positive pressure mask and the cascade connection which will be used to hook-up with the manifolds of the cascade system.

 

All Our Rental H2S safety equipment is maintained to strict standards ensuring safe operation when they are needed. Before any of our packs leave our facilities they are all function tested and re-certified. All our equipment under go regular monitoring and testing even they are at the Onshore/offshore locations. Breathing apparatus were flow bench tested using our certified PosiChek 3 every year and a certificate is issued for each pack showing the PosiChek results.
